Beer Dough

Ingredients:

About 150 gr flour
2 dl beer
1 tblsp olive oil
3 yolks
3 egg whites
salt
pepper
Muscat nut
 
Before Preparation:

Put the flour in the middle of a dish and slowly add the beer. Mix the oil and the yolks and stir to a smooth dough.
Season with salt, pepper and Muscat nut.
Beat the egg whites stiff and add carefully to the dough.
