Omlette with vegetables

Ingredients for 4 portions:
400 gr frozen vegetables
2 table spoons olive oil; 6 eggs
2 table spoons milk, 3 table spoons bubble water
salt, pepper, curry
herbs for decoration

Defrost the vegetables. Crack the eggs into a glass mixing bowl and beat well with a fork. Add milk, water and spices. Heat the oil and pour the eggs, add the vegetables and bake it covered at moderate heat for 6 minutes. When it is ready, put it on a large plate and cut it into pieces like a cake. Decorate with herbs!
