Tofu Salad

4 portions:
500 gr tofu
2 tbsp herb-flavored vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
6 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 bunch baselic
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper

Cut the Tofu into cubes of side 1.5 cm, drizzle with soy sauce and vinegar and leave to marinate for 2 hours. Drain well. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a coated frying pan and cook tofu untill it gets crispy golden brown on all sides. Chop garlic and basil, mix with balsamic vinegar and remaining olive oil, to obtain a sauce salad, sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste. Pour the sauce over the tofu. Mix well and serve.
