Schnitzel a la Walis
Ingredients:
4 pork schnitzels 120 - 150 gr each
4 slices of ham
1 tomato
4 slices of cheese
salt
pepper
flour
3 eggs
3 tblsp oil
2 lemons
Preparation Method:
Beat the schnitzels really thin, cover with a slice of ham, then with a slice of tomato and a slice of cheese. Cover with the other half of ham and fix with a toothpick.
Spice the schnitzels with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs with a fork and put flour on a plate
Dust the schnitzels with flour and cover them in egg.
Heat oil in a coated pan and fry the schnitzels for some 10 minutes at medium heat (depending on thickness) until they are golden brown.
Slice lemons and add as decoration.
