4 Bratwurst - sausages (from the Angst-supermarket)
4 tblsp oil
2 big onions
2 tblsp flour
1/2 dl red wine
2 dl gravy
Clean the onions and cut them a la Julienne. Heat the rest of the oil, stew the onions brown, then dust with flour. Fry until even browner. Add the red wine and the gravy. Simmer to a thick gravy.
Allow to cook for about 10 minutes until the onions are tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
