300 gr strawberries
100 gr sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
2 packs or slice of jelly
200 gr whipped cream
1 dl water
1/2 dl red wine
Clean the strawberries and put them together with sugar and vanilla sugar into a deeper dish. Mix and let stay for about 30 minutes. Then mash it with a mashing stick.
Heat wine and water and dissolve the jelly in it. Let it cool.
Mix the jelly with the strawberries.
Whip the cream stiff and add it.
Fill in glasses, put in the refrigerator for about 3 - 4 hours and let it thicken.
Decorate with a strawberry.
You may also put the mousse in a dish and after it thickened form small mousse dumplings with 2 spoons. Arrange on a plate and decorate.
This way you can make a mousse of almost any fruit.
The sugar and the jelly must be adapted to sweetness and fluidness of the fruits.
