Boiled Meat Salad

700 gr boiled meat
1 yellow pepperoni
1 red pepperoni
1 cucumber
1 onion
1/2 bundle parsley or chives
3 tblsp balsamic
4 tblsp olive oil
grinded pepper
10 cherry tomatoes

Preparation Method:
Clean the vegetables. Cut the pepperonis and the onion in halves and then in fine stripes (Julienne).
Peel the cucumber and cut it into medium-sized dices.
Cut the meat in fine slices and then in fine stripes.
Mix oil, balsamic and spices and marinate the rest in the mixture. Leave the salad for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Before serving add the chopped herbs and arrange all on a plate.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves or quarters and decorate the salad.
The plate looks very good decorated with lettuce.
