4 pork schnitzels 120 - 150 gr each
4 slices of ham
4 slices of cheese
3 tblsp oil
Spice the schnitzels with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs with a fork and put flour on a plate
Dust the schnitzels with flour and cover them in egg.
Heat oil in a coated pan and fry the schnitzels for some 10 minutes at medium heat (depending on thickness) until they are golden brown.
Slice lemons and add as decoration.
