4 pork chops/cutlets each about 180 gr
4 tblsp fresh herbs depending on season (parsley, chives, basil, rosemary)
3 tblsp blue cheese
2 tblsp oil
Clean the onions and garlic and chop them fine. Chop the herbs fine and mix all with the blue cheese.
Drain the cutlets, cut a pocket in the meat and fill it with the herbs and cheese-mixture. Close with toothpicks. Season.
Heat the oil and first stir-fry the chops. Then fry them well on medium heat.
Foil baked potatoes or roasted potatoes, in summer a good fresh salad are mostly suitable side dishes.
